After the 4th or 5th ride i noticed the left rear wheel was toed in significantly.

Took it to the dealership for warranty for that and the door speakers having feedback through them from the ride command. My Turbo S has been at my local dealership waiting on a decision by the warranty team for about 45 days. Power is good. Suspension is good. Ride and Handling poor because of left rear wheel not straight.

I really like the way this machine handles and the power it has. The only things I would change is I would regear the transmission so low is a bit lower gear ratio.

One issue was on our dyno tests. We ran our test up to 65 mph and then stopped the test. However at mph, the car will act like it hit a wall or closed the throttle plate cutting off all power. The other issue we started to see was the overboost code when surpassing 18psi of boost.

We kept all our variables the same and just changed our testing limits. The rpm limits were already raised to and the speed limiter governor or vmax was raised to kph 93mph. Now we could see on the dyno how the car would still hold boost pressure but fall on its face.

We originally thought that this was a throttle plate closure. On some vehicles, the throttle plate will close as a safety mechanism to prevent the engine from detonating.

Since the boost pressure was not dropping, this seemed like the logically answer. This was actually found to be another limiter in the mapping. With the limiter changed, the car would now pull all the way to the end of the test and not drop off. The overboost code was another issue we kept encountering. With a upgraded Agency Power diverter valvechecking all the hardware, and finding no issues, there is zero reason to have this code come up. The boost was not related to the throttle plate closure or the limiter we were experiencing.

The only way to rid yourself of the overboost code is with a ECU Tune. Changing some of the bytes in the file allowed us to get away from this issue. In addition, you can simply remove the DTC code in the file so that will never show up. Is this a bad or good thing? Technically you can run psi with race fuel and be ok. You can see with the raised limits how it pulls strong till the end of the test.

However the one flaw in the design is the fenders are. It near wide enough for use without being covered in mud.

This might not sound like a huge problem but trust me it is a major issue. Other sxs can ride all day and stay relatively clean in this one you are covered after the first sign of water or mud.

It is purpose built for one thing and that is riding the trails and dunes at the edge!! My only complaint is no coverage on paint. The doors have water catch pockets. From it being stored outside at dealer they are already rusting in those pockets.

You spend that much money you expect paint to last longer than a few months.
